About Our Villa

Asmaarah is a private beach villa with a pool. A wonderful place to stay with your family, friends and colleagues. With a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, garden with a play area for kids and a pool deck to unwind. Weekend getaways, parties, team- outings, curated theme events and functions you could plan it all with us.
On ECR just before the toll gate in Uthandi, it is also close to Chennai’s tourist attractions like Mamallapuram, Tigers cave, Amusement parks etc . With many restaurants around, a long drive on the ECR or a quiet swim in the private pool is a matter of choice.

We enjoyed our stay at Asmaarah very much!

The owner is an extremely kind, nice person. The house help was also polite and checked if we needed anything. The property comes with a lovely, huge outdoor space filled with trees and plants. There’s good wifi, clean swimming pool, a fully functional kitchen with all basic utensils, and beach at a walkable distance. Highly recommend 🙂

Love the place!

The owner is very reachable when needed. The caretaker is a very sweet and helpful lady. She kept the place really clean and well maintained. Went with a few of our friends and kids and everyone enjoyed themselves. Will definitely be visiting there often.
